Payment terms are specified in individual client agreements. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due upon receipt. Late payments may result in a suspension of services. Sitement reserves the right to charge a late fee of 1.5% per month on overdue balances.
While we work diligently to achieve the best possible results for our clients, Sitement does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, conversion rates, or revenue outcomes. Digital marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes, market conditions, and competitor activity.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sitement shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Sitement in the three months preceding the claim.
Our services may involve third-party platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital tools. You acknowledge that these platforms have their own terms of service and that Sitement is not responsible for changes to their policies, pricing, or availability.
Either party may terminate a service agreement according to the terms specified in the individual client contract. Sitement reserves the right to immediately terminate access to our services if you breach these Terms of Service.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gwinnett County, Georgia.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
